Clean, circular materials<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have developed a special machine for making various products: the NXT Separator. The NXT Separator breaks up concrete debris and transforms the exiting materials into clean, reusable materials such as gravel, sand and filler. We use the clean raw materials such as gravel, sand and filler in various products such as in NXT Concrete<\/a> (our circular concrete), precast foundations, shell concrete elements, masonry mortars, cement and our NXT Bricks<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of the technology used in the NXT Separator, the new raw materials are of better quality than the original materials. The high-quality recycled material is the basis for making circular concrete. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

How does the NXT Separator work?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We start by pre-crushing the harvested concrete with a traditional crusher. This crusher makes the existing chunks of concrete smaller to fit into the NXT Separator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the material goes into the NXT Separator. This breaks all the pieces clean. Clean gravel, sand and filler then comes out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the gravel, sand and filler, we make concrete again, which is of better quality (upcycled) than the original harvested concrete. The only thing we add after that is a minimal cement fraction in the concrete mix. For this we use a mobile concrete plant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We control the process from the supply of the harvested concrete to the pouring of the concrete. With this, we create a total carefree environment. The entire process is KOMO-certified<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides the fixed NXT Separator, we also have mobile separators. These mobile separators can be flexibly deployed throughout the Netherlands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Specifications NXT Separator<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/summary>\n

    For different types of concrete debris, the NXT Separator processes a different tonnage per hour. Under ideal conditions – for example, when there is a low amount of iron residue in the concrete – the machine processes 40 tons per hour. The hardness of the concrete affects the flow rate of the machine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The entire process – from pre-cracking the harvested concrete to pouring the upcycled concrete – is KOMO-certified<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
