We don’t demolish, we harvest
Whether it’s a small projects or large commercial demolitions, together with our partners we ensure that demolition is carried out responsibly. During the pre-inspection, we look at which materials can be reused, such as doors, wooden window frames and concrete rubble. The so-called harvest map is drawn up before we begin, which we use to determine which materials are usable for circular demolition. After harvesting, these materials are used in other construction projects. In this way, we actively contribute to a circular and environmentally friendly construction sector.

Selective demolition
Selective demolition, also called renovation demolition, involves demolishing only specific parts of a building, such as interior rooms, walls, partitions, floors and window frames, while leaving the supporting structure intact. This work is designed to prepare a building for a new use or modernization. A thorough inspection beforehand ensures that demolition can be carried out safely and accurately. After disconnecting utilities, we remove loose parts and perform a structured demolition, after which the space is handed over clean and tidy.
Internal/casual demolition
Internal demolition, or shell demolition, allows the layout of a commercial space, such as an office, hallway or store, to be changed. This form of demolition affects only the interior space, without changing the appearance of the property. It is used in renovations, expansions or changes in the zoning of a property. It includes breaching walls, removing window frames or remediating hazardous materials such as asbestos. Upon completion, we provide a clean space and dispose of demolition waste.
Total demolition
Total demolition includes the complete demolition of premises, such as commercial buildings, stores and apartment buildings. This is necessary when the land is being rezoned or the property is obsolete, for example. We provide a thorough inspection beforehand, including checking for asbestos and surveying utilities. We first remove hazardous materials before we start the demolition. After the work, we deliver a clean construction site. With our experienced team and the right machinery, we ensure safe execution, regardless of the size of the project.
