“Hendriks Bouw en Ontwikkeling and Zayaz housing corporation are working together on an ambitious new construction project at Boschmeersingel in Den Bosch. During the demolition of aging homes, a significant amount of residual material is created. Hendriks identifies the raw materials present in existing buildings and NXT Building then dismantles them sustainably. The resulting raw materials from the harvest of existing buildings are incorporated into circular products, such as circular concrete and circular bricks. With this, we realize cost benefits for our clients, because we have to purchase fewer new materials.”

“Recycling -for example- stony materials (rubble), such as roof tiles, is the sustainable solution to reduce waste, conserve natural resources and contribute to a circular economy.

Instead of throwing away debris, it can be excellently recycled into foundation material for roads and levees. This saves energy and resources and reduces CO₂ emissions.

As a partner in the chain, Van Dalen Infra and Milieu we take care of the collection equipment, collection, text signs for separation at the construction site, processing and marketing to reuse destinations.
